South Carolina Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. box shell macaroni
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 oz. chopped pimento
    4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on the box.
    Do not overcook! Rinse with cold water and drain well.
    Combine cheese, macaroni, pimento, onion and green pepper.
    Stir in mayonnaise.
    Add mushrooms and soup and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
