Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    Sweet 'N Low
    1 oz. white bread
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    In ovenproof bowl, stir egg until yellow and creamy.
    Stir in milk, sweetener (not Equal) and vanilla.
    Break bread into small chunks.
    Save 3 or 4 pieces to float on top.
    Mix the remainder of the bread into egg mixture.
    Float the rest of the bread on top. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
