German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 small can coconut
1 c. pecan pieces
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle pecans on top of coconut.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box; pour on top of pecans.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and softened margarine together with electric mixer or by hand.
Pour this mixture on top of cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
