Easy Chicken With Japanese Vegetables(Low In Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cut up fryers, remove skin
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkg. frozen Birds Eye Japanese vegetables (green beans, onions, broccoli and mushrooms)
Preparation

Brown 2 cut up fryers in oil in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven. Drain well and blot dry.
Return to pan and add soy sauce.
Cook covered in oven at 325\u00b0 (or simmer covered on top of range) for 30 to 40 minutes (until almost tender).
Add vegetables.
Cover and cook for additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Don't overcook vegetables; they should be Oriental-crunchy.
