Cucumber Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cucumbers
    12 onions
    2 large green peppers
    1 large can pimentos
    2 qt. water
    1/2 c. pickling sauce
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. dry red pepper
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop cucumbers, onions, green peppers and pimentos.
    Cover with water and pickling sauce.
    Let set 2 to 3 hours.
    Drain and mix in sugar, flour, celery seed, dry red pepper, turmeric and vinegar.
    Heat until thick, stirring constantly.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Makes 8 to 10 pints.
