Chicken Vermicelli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    2 sticks celery
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, cooked and boned
    1 (1 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 small pkg. cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in oil. Add tomato sauce, mushroom soup and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add red pepper, then cooked chicken.
    Let simmer, then add Velveeta cheese and melt slowly.
    Let simmer. Serve over spaghetti.
