Pork Chop And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sliced onion
3 or 4 pats butter
1 tsp. flour
Preparation

Layer in pan or dish potatoes, bell pepper, onions and bits of butter and 1 teaspoon flour.
Repeat layers until dish is half full.
Salt and pepper each layer.
Place pork chops on top.
Pour enough milk in dish to cover half the layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
