Smoked Sausage Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite size pieces
Preparation

In medium-sized skillet, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender; do not brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
Simmer on low for ten minutes.
Cook sausage at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
