Pasta Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni (rotini) or elbow macaroni
    3 beaten eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. plus Cheddar, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato or pizza sauce
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 1/2 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Mix in eggs, milk and Cheddar cheese.
    Spread macaroni mixture in bottom of buttered pizza pan.
    Brown beef with onion; drain.
    Add sauce and spices.
    Spread over macaroni base.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and green pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
