Stuffed Zucchini(Serve As A Main Dish.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small zucchini
    1 medium-size chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    200 grams ground beef
    1/3 c. long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 c. peeled, crushed tomato
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. dried mint
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Wash zucchini well and cut off stem end.
    Using apple corer, hollow zucchini; be careful not bo bore to the skin, then put in a salty water for 5 minutes.
    Then drain it.
    Soak rice in hot water for 1/2 hour.
    Mix meat, rice, onion, parsley, spices, vegetable oil and salt.
    Fill zucchini with stuffing.
    Arrange zucchini with stuffing.
    Arrange zucchini layer in a based pan. Put a plate over the zucchini.
    Add tomato, water and tomato puree.
    When it starts boiling, cover and put it on medium heat for 1 hour or until tender.
    Cover the pan.
    When it is cooked, add crushed garlic and sprinkle over the dry mint.
    Let it boil for 2 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 persons.
