Fluffy Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can Pet evaporated milk
    2 eggs, separated
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation
    Chill the can of evaporated milk for 1 hour.
    Beat egg yolks and combine in a heavy 1-quart saucepan with strawberries, water, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full, all-over boil.
    Remove from heat and add Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
    Chill until mixture is thick but not set.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
    Beat evaporated milk until stiff.
    Combine with egg whites and fold into the chilled strawberry mixture.
    Pour in crusts and chill until ready to serve.
