Crusted Lime Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until partly set. Beat stiffly until frothy; fold in egg whites. Pour into 9-inch square pan. Top with 1/3 of wheat germ flakes and crumbs. Chill. When chilled, cut into cubes. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
