Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp yeast (in 1/2 c. warm water)
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and knead until smooth.
    Let rise once.
    Punch down.
    Roll dough in rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut in strips 3/4 inch wide or so.
    Twist and place on greased baking sheet.
    Brush with 1 beaten egg with 1 Tbsp water.
    Add a sprinkle of seasoning salt or garlic salt, which ever you prefer.
    Bake right away at 350\u00b0 till light brown.
