Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut bite size
    2 large cloves garlic
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. wine or sherry (optional)
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter with garlic in frying pan.
    Saute chicken for about 1 minute in garlic butter.
    Add lemon juice and cook about 5 minutes longer or until meat is white.
    Add mushrooms.
    When everything is cooked, add Parmesan cheese and keep stirring.
    Add wine.
    Serve over pasta.
