Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (strawberry or lime)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 strawberry or lime Kool-Aid
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 qt. water
    1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    1/2 gal. pineapple sherbet
    1 (10 oz.) 7-Up
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Dissolve Kool-Aid in water with sugar; combine.
    Add juice.
    Pour all in punch bowl.
    Add 7-Up.
    Add sherbet in punch bowl to keep punch chilled when serving.
