Breakfast Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen hash browns (with onion and pepper)
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    6 eggs, beaten with 2 Tbsp. water and a dash of pepper
    1 c. cooked ham, diced
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, cook hash browns in margarine until browned, stirring occasionally.
    Add eggs and ham.
    Cook over medium-low heat for 9 to 10 minutes, lifting edges to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
    Continue until mixture is almost set.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
