Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium large onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt
    pepper
    chicken stock
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    If too stiff, add milk to make thinner.
    Cook in greased pan in medium oven until firm. Break into small pieces; pour stock over it.
    Add enough chicken stock to make a soft batter.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until brown. May be used for stuffing turkey.
