Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. drained, cooked bacon, crabmeat, shrimp or mushrooms and ham
10 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
3/4 c. sliced green onions
Mrs. Smith's 9-inch pie shells
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk, in blender.
Add meat, Swiss cheese and green onions after blending.
Blend all together.
Pour into Mrs. Smith's 9-inch pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting knife. Comes out clean when done.
