Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. water
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chillies (optional)
Preparation
    Place butter, onion, green pepper and celery in 3-quart microwave dish.
    Cook 5 minutes on High.
    Stir in rice, water, tomato sauce, tomatoes and chillies.
    Cover and cook 25 minutes. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Total Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
