Mrs. Mann'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    2/3 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until coarse like crumbs.
    Add milk; work dough quickly.
    Turn onto lightly floured surface.
    Roll or pat dough to desired thickness.
    Cut and bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
