Iranian Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
4 large potatoes
2 eggs, hard-boiled
4 dill pickles, shredded
salt and pepper
6 oz. peas
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.
Cook potatoes with skins on; cool, then peel.
Shred eggs, potatoes and pickles.
Mix all ingredients together and add a little lemon juice.
Put mixture into pita bread halves.
