Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 medium size onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can water
1 bag Doritos
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
Add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, enchilada sauce and water in pan; heat and mix well.
Then add hamburger and onion to it.
Then you layer Doritos, mixture, then cheese, until you use all; end with cheese on top.
