Porketta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    4 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. fennel seed
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place roast on heavy duty foil.
    Smear with the garlic, then sprinkle with remaining seasonings.
    Seal the roast in the foil, making a tent on top.
    Place in a pan and bake for 3 hours in a 300\u00b0 oven.
