Tarte A La Bouille Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. whole milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and egg with a wire whisk. Add evaporated milk and whole milk. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla extract. Pour into baked pie shell. Let cool.
