Texas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies, drained
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine cheeses with eggs and evaporated milk.
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chilies and cover with cheese mixture.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Cool slightly and cut into bite size squares.
    Serves 15 to 20.
