Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bag sauerkraut, drained
green peppers to liking, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
-
Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix last 3 ingredients together and pour over mixture in bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
