Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pieces celery, diced
    4 potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can evaporated milk (8 oz.)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes or 2 potatoes, mashed
Preparation
    Cover vegetables with water.
    When all vegetables are tender (not soft; do not drain), add celery soup, evaporated milk, butter and potatoes to thicken.
    Heat; do not boil.
    Season to taste. Serves 4.
