Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (8) crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (dry)
    chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, onion, radishes, cauliflower, etc.)
    milk
Preparation
    Unroll crescent dough and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan, stretching to fit.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix cream cheese and Ranch mix.
    Add milk to make a consistency that is spreadable.
    Spread over cooled crust.
    Sprinkle with vegetables and pat down lightly onto cream cheese.
    Cut into 2-inch squares.
