Southern Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. milk
    1 pt. bouillon or soup stock
    1 can creamed corn (strain through a colander)
    salt and pepper to taste
    popcorn or croutons
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add milk, bouillon or soup stock and corn.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Boil 5 minutes and serve in bouillon cups with popcorn floating on top.
    Croutons can be used in place of popcorn.
    Serves 4.
