Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled
    1/2 cucumber, peeled
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of Tabasco
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. wine vinegar
    1 stalk celery
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated onion
    fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Place in a blender.
    Serve chilled.
    If desired, serve with a dollop of sour cream.
