Tony Danza'S Pasta Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box capellini (pasta)
    4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    2 cans baby clams (keep juice)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 large plum (roma) tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 lb. arugula (approximately)
Preparation
    Boil capellini while preparing sauce.
    Saute garlic in oil until lightly brown.
    Add chopped tomatoes until heated.
    Then add arugula and cook for just a few minutes.
    Add strained clam juice and cook for several minutes.
    Add clams and simmer.
    Toss together with drained capellini.
    Mix well and serve warm.
