Lemon Crunch Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    5 large eggs
    2 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 c. cake flour, sifted 4 times
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco together. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring, then flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating after each addition. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
