Perogy Casserole(Meatless Lasagne) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 to 12 cooked lasagne noodles
5 c. mashed potatoes
4 Tbsp. oleo and butter
2 c. shredded cheese or cottage cheese or Ricotta
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1/2 c. butter
Preparation
-
In 9 x 13-inch or 7 x 11-inch pan, layer 3 noodles.
Blend potatoes, onions, cheese and melted butter.
Layer 1/2 on top of noodles.
Repeat.
Top with noodles.
Spread with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
