Apricot Nectar Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. apricot nectar, chilled
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    mint sprig (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine nectar, yogurt and lemon juice in blender and mix well.
    Pour into chilled glass and garnish with mint.
    If thicker drink is desired, freeze apricot nectar until almost firm before combining with remaining ingredients.
    Makes 1 cup.
