Polish Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil or corn oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 lb. chopped smoked kielbasa
    1 c. pea pods
    1/2 c. vodka (alcohol will cook off)
Preparation
    In Teflon pan or wok, place all the ingredients.
    Saute until onions clarify, about 30 to 40 minutes, on medium heat.
    Serve.
