Topsy-Turvy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook and stir ground meat, onion and green pepper until meat is browned.
    Spoon off drippings.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, chili powder and olives.
    Spread in a 9-inch pie pan.
