Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten until fluffy
2 jars junior size baby food carrots (15 oz. total)
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and carrots, then add flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add nuts.
Bake in floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
