Tangy Tomato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. vegetable juice cocktail
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Add vegetable juice.
    Cook and stir until thickened plus 1 minute.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
