Minced Clam And Cheese Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (undrained)
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    cooked pasta
Preparation
    Melt margarine. Add flour.
    Cook and blend.
    Slowly add clams and juice.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk.
    Stir to thicken.
    Add cheese; heat until melted.
    Serve over cooked pasta.
    Serves 4 to 6.
