60 Minute Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    4 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve
    the yeast in warm water.
    Heat
    milk,
    sugar, salt and oil to lukewarm.
    Add yeast and
    1/2
    of
    the
    flour; mix. Add egg and stir in remaining flour.
    Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
    Shape into rolls and let rise
    again.
    Bake
    at 400\u00b0 until brown.
