Green Chile-Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) blocks extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1 medium poblano chile pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
1/4 small sweet onion, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.
Yield:
about 6 cups.
