Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 drummettes or wings
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 peeled garlic cloves
    cornstarch
    2 beaten eggs
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Roll washed drummettes or wings in cornstarch.
    Dip in egg. Fry in oil until golden brown.
    Layer wings or drummettes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine all other ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until dressing sticks to the chicken and chicken is glazed.
