Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
    3 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Blend in vanilla and rum extract.
    Sift flour with salt; add sour cream, save 2 tablespoons sour cream.
    Blend baking soda into the saved sour cream and add to butter, stirring to blend.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
