Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake, 35 to 40 minutes, at 350\u00b0 in a square or oblong baking dish.
    Can also be baked in a Bundt pan for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in center of cake, if it comes out clean, it's done.
    After about 5 minutes or so of cooking, turn cake over on plate.
