Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in ovenproof dish (10-inch quiche dish is ideal).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
    Serve with thinly sliced French bread.
