Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. cooked and mashed pumpkin (regular pumpkin, not what you make pumpkin pies with)
    shortening (solid)
    1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Pan Preparations:
    Grease a 10 x 15 1/2-inch cookie sheet with shortening.
    Cut wax paper to fit the bottom of the cookie sheet. Place the fitted wax paper in the bottom of the cookie sheet, then grease the top of the wax paper, too, spreading evenly.
    Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
