Potato Pancakes(Reibekuchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/4 small onion
    pinch of salt
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Put eggs in a blender.
    Add potato slices, onion and salt.
    Blend a few seconds; add flour.
    Blend well.
    Heat oil in a frying pan until hot.
    Pour potato mixture into pan, about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
    Fry until brown on each side.
    Eat with applesauce or sour cream.
