No Fat Mocha Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. good quality unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. instant Espresso powder or instant coffee powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 large egg whites (room temperature)
    1 1/3 c. firmly packed golden brown sugar
    1 c. coffee-flavored nonfat yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line bottom of a 9-inch diameter cake pan with 1

    inch high sides with waxed paper.
    Spray pan and paper with
    vegetable
    oil spray (or oil pan and paper lightly). Dust pan with flour; tap out excess.
