Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini with peel
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 heaping tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Beat until light and fluffy. Set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except walnuts.
    Mix together and add to first mixture.
    Add walnuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
