Chopped Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. wheat germ
1/2 head lettuce
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
4 green onion tops
4 average tomatoes
1 1/2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Chop all vegetables very fine.
In a large bowl, mix chopped vegetables with wheat germ.
Add tomato sauce, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well
